We specialize in DTF transfers, including:
- Single-image transfers
- Custom gang sheets
- Upload-your-own sheet printing
- Bulk/wholesale printing
All prints are press-ready with vibrant color and clean detail.
⏱️ Do you offer same-day printing?
Yes! We offer same-day DTF printing with NO rush fees.
Upload your artwork by our cutoff time (10 am) and we’ll print it that day.
Note: extremely large orders or artwork issues may require extra time.
📐 What sizes do you offer?
We print on 22-inch wide film with multiple length options.
You can choose a premade size or create your own custom gang sheet.
🎨 What file types do you accept?
We accept:
- PNG (preferred)
- SVG
- High-resolution JPG
File Requirements:
- 300 DPI recommended
- Transparent background if needed
- Clean artwork with no stray marks
- Colors may print slightly different than digital display (normal)
🧼 Do you fix artwork?
We will fix minor issues if needed for an extra charge such as:
- Background cleanup
- Resizing
- Stray pixels
🔥 What are the heat press settings?
General guidelines:
- Temp: 285°–305°F
- Time: 10–15 seconds
- Pressure: Hard
- Peel: Hot peel
- Second Press: 5–8 seconds with parchment
Your press may vary—adjust as needed.
👕 What can I press DTF transfers onto?
DTF works on:
- Cotton
- Polyester
- Cotton/poly blends
- Hoodies
- Sweatshirts
- Onesies
- Tote bags

📍 Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup is available in Lumberton, Silsbee or Port Neches, TX.
You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready.
🚚 Do you ship?
Yes — we ship anywhere in the U.S.
Sheets are packaged to stay protected.
📦 Can I cancel or change my order?
Because printing begins quickly, orders cannot be canceled or changed once they are in production.
If you need something adjusted, contact us immediately and we’ll try our best before printing begins.
💸 Refunds, Reprints & Returns
Are refunds allowed?
Due to the custom nature of DTF prints, all sales are final.
What if my print arrives damaged or incorrect?
If there is an issue caused on our end (print defect, incorrect sheet, misprint), we will:
✔ Reprint the affected items OR
✔ Issue a store credit
Please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
What if my artwork was low quality?
We print files exactly as submitted! If you’re unsure of how a file will look, please contact us before submitting.
What if the print doesn’t press well?
Most pressing issues come from:
- Wrong temperature
- Wrong pressure
- Cold peeling instead of hot peeling
We are happy to help troubleshoot!
If the issue is due to a print defect, we’ll take care of it.
📝 What if my order has multiple designs?
You can upload as many designs as you want on a gang sheet—no limits.
📨 What if I need help with my layout?
